The short version: if a workbook isn’t right for your child, email us within 14 days and we’ll refund you. No forms, no explanation needed.
What you’re buying
Every product here is an instant PDF download, not a physical item. Your link is emailed the moment payment completes. Print at home as many times as you like, for as long as you like.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and tell us which book. You don’t need to give a reason.
We’ll always refund if:
- The file won’t open, download, or print correctly
- You were charged twice
- The book isn’t what the page described
- Your child simply didn’t take to it
Because these are digital files we can’t take a “return”, so a refund means we simply give your money back. We trust you.
Problems we’d rather fix than refund
If your download didn’t arrive, check your spam folder first — it comes from Lemon Squeezy, not from us. Email us and we’ll re-send it immediately. Most issues take a minute to solve.
How payments work
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Their name appears on your card statement. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
