How do I get my workbook after I buy it?

Which ages are the workbooks for?
The books are grouped for ages 3–5, 5–7 and 7–9. Each book page shows its exact age or grade range, for example Ages 3–5 for Scissor Skills or Grades K–2 for the Decodable Passages Pack.
